Why NABA exists.
People have been crossing the border for dental care for years — often on word of mouth, a single Facebook post, or a name a cousin mentioned once. NABA exists to replace that uncertainty with a documented, coordinated process.
Crossing a border for care shouldn't mean crossing your fingers.
Patients were already crossing the border for care — that part wasn't new. What was missing was a consistent way to do it. Clinics varied wildly in how they presented their credentials. For many patients, payment has traditionally meant cash or an on-site transaction, with little separation between administrative costs and treatment.
And if something felt off partway through, there was rarely anyone coordinating the pieces together — just a patient, a clinic, and a language and a border in between.
Not a clinic. A coordination layer.
NABA is building the administrative infrastructure that sits between a patient and a clinic — credentialing, documentation, separated payments, and a real point of contact — so the clinical relationship stays exactly where it belongs: between the patient and their dentist.
We're starting with dental care in Ciudad Juárez, one clinic and one patient journey at a time, because a process like this has to be proven in the details before it can grow.
A few things we won't compromise on.
What NABA is — and what it deliberately isn't.
A cross-border dental care coordination company — a management and administrative services organization (MSO) that helps U.S. patients navigate treatment with independent clinics in Ciudad Juárez through a transparent, documented, human-supported process.
- A dental clinic
- Dental insurance

Built hands-on, for now — by design.
NABA is founder-led today. That's not an accident — early trust often comes from a real person willing to be reachable and accountable for how things work. But NABA isn't meant to stay that way forever.
"NABA is being built hands-on, one patient journey at a time."
