How quickly will NABA respond to my inquiry?
Patient emails and form submissions are answered within 24 business hours. Phone and WhatsApp inquiries receive same-day responses during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–7pm CST). Weekend WhatsApp messages are responded to by Monday morning.
Is there a cost to contact NABA or get a quote?
No. Contacting NABA, requesting a quote, or consulting with our patient coordinators is completely free and carries no obligation. We only earn a fee when a treatment is successfully coordinated.
What information should I include in my message?
For patients: your treatment of interest, approximate timeline, location, and any specific questions or concerns. The more context you provide, the more specific and useful our response will be. There are no wrong questions.
Can I contact NABA in Spanish?
Absolutely. All NABA patient coordinators are fully bilingual. You can reach us in English or Spanish — by email, phone, or WhatsApp — and receive a response in your preferred language.
What happens after I submit the provider application?
Our provider network team reviews your application within 3 business days. If your clinic meets NABA’s standards, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss the partnership terms, onboarding process, and next steps.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. All information submitted through NABA’s contact forms is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties. NABA follows HIPAA-aligned privacy practices for all patient data.
